Kanda is seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse to lead the clinical side of in‐home care for our Veterans & Aged Care team in Underdale, SA.
You will be hands-on when it matters and set the standard for the team, ensuring secure, person-centred care for clients staying independent at home.
You will oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and coordination with GPs and discharge teams, while mentoring staff and driving quality, risk and compliance across the service.
