About the opportunity
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing operational service delivery of high-quality Food and Patient Support Services at John Hunter Hospital.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff and managing day-to-day operations to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a secure, constructive, and customer-focused workplace culture.
You will also ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations, and contribute to business planning and service delivery improvements, whilst ensuring expectations and timeframes are met and strategic objectives are achieved.
