As a
BIG Merchandiser,
you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers.
In this ongoing casual role,you'llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from
replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches
and more.
About the Role:
Territory:
Launceston and surrounds including Kings Meadow
Hours:
Average of 6- 20 hours
per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteedminimumhrs)
Availability:
Wednesday to Fridayavailability availability
Essential:
Drivers licence and car
Key Responsibilities:
Driving strong
relationships
with store personnel
Building and maintaining
quality displays
in store
Negotiating
promotional
space
Executing planograms
Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Safely performing the
physical requirements, including prolonged standing,



walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will need:
Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
Robust& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to work autonomously
Ability to perform the
physical & repetitive
requirements of the role
