About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Learning and Development, this position is responsible for the ongoing management of the Performance and Goals and Learning modules within the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, SuccessFactors for DGS (VicGov People) and its customer departments and portfolio agencies (DGS cluster).
Key Accountabilities
Act as the business SME and key conduit for the Performance and Goals and Learning modules, between various stakeholders, in particular the other VGP module owners/SMEs within People & Culture, Common Corporate Platforms branch, the business (i.e., Corporate Shared Services, People & Culture and DGS, DPC, DTF and the portfolio agencies), and DTF.
Provide training to key People & Culture and business end users on the platform functionality related to the performance and learning modules to ensure transfer of knowledge to system users and provide input to inform reference guides, training or communications asrequired.
Develop or enhance current reports for the Performance and Goals and Learning modules, or liaise with the Common Corporate Platforms branch for the design and development of any whole of Victorian government (WoVG) reportingrequiredout of these two modules
Oversee the full VPS performance and development planning lifecycle process for DGS and customer departments, adhering to Enterprise Agreement requirements, ensuring the PDP tools and artifacts are kept up to date, providing support and expert advice in effectively managing employee performance and development processes.
About You
Technical Experience:Advanced working knowledge of the front and back end (administrator functions) of both the Performance and Goals and Learning modules within the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform,



SuccessFactors for DGS (VicGov People);
Sound working knowledge of the existing VPS performance and development planning lifecycle, Enterprise Agreement requirements concerning performance planning and progression eligibility, and existing government requirements for mandatory and non-mandatory compliance learning modules.
