Australian Venue Co. in Melbourne is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a six-person payroll team delivering across Australia and Recent Zealand.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on day-to-day payroll delivery, controls, reporting and transformation in a large, weekly-paid workforce.
You will report to the Head of People Systems & Payroll, partner with venue managers, and drive continuous improvement, automation and compliance while navigating wage rules, taxes, and system integrations.
