What we're looking for:
A qualified Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III or Diploma, please note: ECTs will not be considered for this position)
Someone who communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting relationships
A team player with energy, initiative and emotional maturity
An educator excited by immersive language learning and inquiry-based STEM
Ideally you speak German or have some German language knowledge (preferred but not required)
A strong understanding of and commitment to child safety and ethical practice
And above all, someone with warmth, positivity, and a heart for children
