Job Overview
TLH Recruitment is proudly partnering with a leading global supply chain and logistics company to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse All-Rounder.
This is an excellent prospect for someone seeking stability, consistent hours and the potential to transition into permanent employment with the client.
Responsibilities
Operating a high-reach forklift
Putaways and replenishments
Inventory control
Stocktakes and cycle counting
Picking orders using RF scanners
Loading and unloading trucks
Operating a counterbalance forklift, where required
Packing orders
Using warehouse computer systems
Working efficiently to meet KPIs
General warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements
Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
Have at least one year of high-reach forklift experience
Have previous inventory, stocktake and cycle‐counting experience
Be confident completing putaways and replenishments




Be computer-literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
Be physically capable of regularly lifting up to 20 kg
Have full working rights in Australia
Be reliable, safety-focused and looking for long-term employment
High-reach forklift experience is essential.
Counterbalance experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
