The successful applicant will be:

a energetic Christian educator whose personal qualities include enthusiasm and optimism;
committed to the ethos, vision and mission of the College for Christ-centred, biblically-based schooling and have a particular calling to excellence within the Secondary faculty;
an active and committed member of a Christian Church;
committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;
an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;
appropriately qualified;
dedicated to the pastoral care of students;




able to provide a stimulating and relevant learning environment which facilitates students maximising their potential;
familiar with differentiated assessment strategies and technologies that assist student success within the classroom setting;
provide pastoral care and wellbeing support to students, including responsibility for a Pastoral/Home Group (mentor group) or similar advisory class.
in addition to teaching, there is an opportunity to deliver The Rite Journey program, and prior familiarity with the program would be highly regarded.
