Uniting Lilyfield, NSW, is seeking 2 Night Duty RNs for our aged care facility.
Shifts include 22:*****:15 (33hrs/week) and 22:*****:75 ******hrs/week).
You will lead care planning, provide clinical services, liaise with families and health professionals, supervise personal care workers and uphold residents' goals with a holistic, compassionate approach.
