Western Health in Victoria is seeking a Grade 3 Continence Physiotherapist for a fixed-term, full time role to support continence care within our community health services at Bacchus Marsh and Melton.
The patient-centred, home-based care will be delivered in a multidisciplinary setting to help clients maintain independence.
You will be supervised by a Grade 4 clinician and work with continence nursing and physiotherapy teams to deliver evidence-based services and actively contribute to service
