This full time permanent role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants transitioning from incarceration into the community, delivering personalised mentoring and practical assistance.
Under supervision, the Mentor maintains a participant caseload and develops Individual Action Plans while providing outreach across pre-release, release and post-release stages
