About the Role
MCHF are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. This role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners through engaging, student-centred teaching while fostering academic growth, wellbeing, and a love of learning.
As a valued member of our teaching team, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, deliver high-quality differentiated learning programs, monitor student progress, and work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support every child's success. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated learning programs that support student achievement and growth.
Create a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment that promotes wellbeing and active participation.
Assess, monitor and maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Provide timely and meaningful feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop, evaluate and improve teaching and learning programs.
Support student wellbeing and contribute to the pastoral care of students.
Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, excursions and community initiatives.
Maintain compliance with child protection, safeguarding and workplace health and safety requirements.
