About the Role
The successful applicant will:
Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional Early Years team.
Plan and deliver engaging play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
Foster children's curiosity, creativity, wellbeing and independence.
Create nurturing and stimulating learning environments both indoors and outdoors.
Build positive partnerships with children, families and colleagues.
Support the Christian ethos and values of the College.

Essential Criteria
Current South Australian Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary Early Childhood pedagogy.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
Commitment to working collaboratively and contributing to the wider College community.





Desirable
Experience in play-based and inquiry learning environments.
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
Understanding of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme.
Experience within a Lutheran or Christian education setting.
