Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District in Blue Mountains is seeking an Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Worker (Identified) to deliver culturally protected care within a multidisciplinary team at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital.
The role supports Aboriginal patients through health assessments, basic procedures, care coordination and health promotion.
