Santa Sabina is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to join the People and Culture Function.

We offer co-education on our P-4 Del Monte Campus and girls only on our 5-12 Santa Sabina Campus. Our outdoor education campus, Tallong, is located on 97 hectares in the Southern Highlands. Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.
Position Permanent: Term Time plus 3 weeks
Commencement date: Term ****** (October *******) or later by negotiation
The successful candidate will:
support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College
demonstrate expert understanding of risk and compliance requirements for NSW Independent Catholic Schools
be a collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams
identify,



assess and mitigate risk; provide expert advice and promote a strong culture of compliance and safety
also oversees risk assessments for College activities and events and may deliver training to build staff capability in managing risk in their day-to-day role
contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures
