Our company is looking for salespeople who enjoy providing the ultimate customer experience, winning the hearts of our customers every time.
About The Role:
Store Managers will be responsible for creating a positive team environment and high morale, and through coaching and mentoring drive a high-performance team.
Store Managers will lead by example by ensuring all Doors Plus policies and procedures are followed and demonstrated.
Store Managers will need to possess the ability to meet their KPI's and sales targets whilst mentoring and coaching the team to ensure they meet their targets.
Store Managers will be expected to work with the National Sales Manager to give and receive feedback on their team to evolve and grow the business.
You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver's licence.
Our measure and quotes and check measures are done off site at customers' homes.




Measure and quotes are commission driven and done outside of showroom hours.
You would need to be happy to workweekends.
Successful candidates will be required to produce a National Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
Small teams.
Hot leads, destination stores.
Weekend traffic is high, generating around 50% of sales.
Base salary paid weekly, commissions and bonuses paid monthly.
Commissions, cash bonuses, holiday bonuses,and bounties all up for grabs.
Uniforms provided.
Extensive product and procedures training provided.
Includes time with fitters to experience the install process.
