The Role
You will have the opportunity to:
Provide high-quality assessment and intervention to clients across a range of presentations
Develop a caseload based around your preferred client group —
paediatric, adult or mixed
Work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals
Develop individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration
Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Contribute to a positive and supportive private practice environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current
Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
membership and/or eligibility for membership




Relevant Australian work rights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting clients to achieve their communication and swallowing goals
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
A commitment to evidence-based and client-centred practice
A current driver's licence is desirable
Both experienced Speech Pathologists and clinicians early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
