Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a dedicated and caring Enrolled Nurse – Community Nurse Assisted Transfer (CNAT) to join our team.
About the Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
This position plays a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.
In this role you will:
Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care in the community.
Support patients with daily living, comfort, assessment and health monitoring.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with an NMBA-approved medication administration qualification, including IV medication administration.
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills relevant to community-based care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, carers and colleagues.
Strong teamwork and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload in a changing environment.
A commitment to quality, evidence-based practice and person-centred care, aligned with NSW Health and CCLHD values.
