*** Competitive salary | Parramatta based | 5 min from public transport hub* Work in a supportive team to meet crucial business goals* Join one of Australia's largest security companies and an Employer of Choice**About the Role**MSS Security is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (also known as Service Delivery Coordinators at MSS) where you will support a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
**Please note that this is an After hours opportunity with shifts starting 6pm to 6am, with work across weekdays and weekends.
****What does the role involve?




*** Deliver exceptional customer service* Work as part of a team* Proven ability to cope under pressure* Think on your feet* Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications* Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar, and night shift experience.
**About you**You are task driven and a self-motivated professional who is comfortable to handle service delivery under pressure and within time constraints.
**You would have*** Demonstrated experience in rostering, administration, or contact centre* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills* Professional phone manner* Willing to undergo a National Police Check* Willing to work from our Parramatta office.
