About the role

You are looking for someone who can:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve agreed business and project outcomes.
Create a positive and collaborative team culture, even in challenging situations.
Lead complex project delivery, using strong problem-solving, risk management, procurement and contract management skills.
Set clear expectations and hold people accountable, while ensuring resources are used effectively and continuously improving ways of working.
Build strong stakeholder relationships with councils, developers, government agencies and other key partners.
Think strategically and make decisions that align with the organisation's broader goals and direction.
Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:
Tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline
Driver's License
Involve evening or weekend work including occasional overnight travel
You may be required to undertake a medical or other safety compliance requirement
