About the role
Join Transgrid as an
Associate Property Officer
and play a key role in supporting the management and protection of our property portfolio.
You'll help coordinate Transgrid's obligations under the NSW Strategic Benefits Payment Scheme, undertaking landowner eligibility assessments, processing payments, maintaining compliance, and supporting stakeholder engagement and reporting activities.
In this role you will work closely with internal teams, landowners, government agencies, and project stakeholders while contributing to property transactions, access requirements, and the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Other requirements include:
Qualifications in a property-related discipline or equivalent property administration experience
Understanding of property tenure and land title systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
Experience using GIS mapping systems
Experience managing property records, leases and licences
Ability to interpret survey plans, maps, aerial imagery and land documents
Understanding of property conveyancing, easements and land transactions
Knowledge of relevant property legislation, including the Conveyancing Act **** and related frameworks governing property functions
