We are currently seeking a highly motivated experiences team coordinator who enjoys being part of a dynamic work environment to join our team on a full time basis.
This role will suit someone with a warm disposition, an attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and customer service.
About the Role
Through effective and productive team leadership, you will be responsible for delivering key performance indicators; supporting the delivery of a high professional and clinical standard; general clinic administration such as rostering, UKG, Riskman, staff management and school liaising to coordinate the dental health services that we deliver.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be working closely with the Senior Dental Therapist and the Senior Management Team and will have a key role inensuring high quality care is provided in partnership with the patient to best address their individual needs and those of the community.
This role is responsible for overseeing the facilitation of the State Government school dental program initiative, Smile Squad, which provides free dental services to government primary, secondary and special schools.
Alongside this they will also be responsible for assisting with the delivery of the Monash Health Dental Services (MHDS) school dental programs, which is key to Smille Squad's vision to bringing primary health care services to those who are otherwise unable to access them.
They will take a comprehensive, hands‐on approach to oversee and facilitate service coordination and delivery to ensure the program meets its objectives.
This will include management of all schools
About You:
You will be a strong communicator with exemplary people leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people, excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound working knowledge of computer systems including Unity, Titanium, UKG and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Your clinical knowledge and competence within complex dental services will be of the highest standard paired with your commitment to best practice Infection Prevention and Control processes.
Experience in a similar program coordination role and subsequent experience providing management and leadership across a team in a proactive and engaging manner that develops team performance and capability.
Ability to identify problems and developing creative, innovative and consistent solutions
Adaptability and ability to lead a team in times of change.
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to use initiative and make decisions relevant to the role.
Demonstrated ability to work constructively with team members who may have different viewpoints.
Managing time and priorities; meeting timelines and reporting requirements, delegating tasks as appropriate.
Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and including computer literacy skills with a high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to identify and review processes and implement process improvement initiatives.
Strong team focus.
