What You'll Be Doing As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in shaping children's early learning journeys by: Designing, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Creating engaging learning environments that spark curiosity,



creativity and exploration Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community Supporting children's development through intentional teaching and child-led learning experiences Collaborating with educators to continuously improve practice and outcomes Contributing to the centre's commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence under the National Quality Framework What You'll Bring Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Current Teacher Registration (where applicable) Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates, or willingness to obtain A genuine passion for early childhood education and inspiring young learners Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to inclusion, child safety and continuous professional growth Affinity Advantages When you join Affinity Education Group, you'll receive more than just a job.
