The Opportunity A significant leadership opportunity has emerged for a seasoned professional to join their Product team in a strategic role that blends technical expertise with forward-thinking product strategy.
You'll be responsible for shaping the retirement and defined benefit product suite, ensuring it remains fit-for-purpose, commercially sound and compliant with the latest regulatory requirements.
Working across Brisbane or Sydney, you'll influence product direction, build team capability, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver products that work for members.
Key Accountabilities Drive product strategy and design decisions for retirement and defined benefit offerings, balancing commercial sustainability with member interests and regulatory obligations Champion a culture of structured product governance, establishing and maintaining clear frameworks, decision records and review cycles that support accountability and oversight Identify and evaluate product improvements, market positioning and operational enhancements through rigorous analysis, stakeholder engagement and market intelligence Serve as the trusted expert voice on retirement income, defined benefits and product regulation across the business, providing guidance on complex technical and compliance matters Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering expertise development and collaborative problem-solving across the product function Ensure product offerings reflect legislative requirements,
