An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced security professional to take ownership of a multi-site security services portfolio across Adelaide.
The Opportunity Lead the operational delivery of a multi-site security portfolio Oversee approximately ***** frontline security personnel through Site Supervisors Manage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact Ensure contractual obligations, service standards and compliance requirements are consistently met Conduct regular site visits, audits and assurance activities Coach, mentor and develop Site Supervisors and frontline security teams Manage operational escalations and provide support during significant incidents Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational performance Ensure training, workforce capability and reporting requirements are maintained Work autonomously across multiple sites,



with flexibility to work from home when appropriate About You Security industry experience with strong operational leadership capability Experience managing teams across multiple sites Strong client relationship and account management skills Confident managing performance, coaching teams and resolving operational issues Strong understanding of compliance, training and contractual service delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Security, facilities management, law enforcement or corrections backgrounds will be considered Current security licence highly desirable, with the ability to obtain one within an agreed timeframe if required Comfortable working within a 24/7 operational environment and acting as an escalation point when required What's on Offer $110,000–$120,000 + super $12,000 car allowance Adelaide-based multi-site portfolio Opportunity to lead a significant operational function High level of autonomy and ownership Chance to work closely with senior leadership and key clients
