About the role As a Qualified Educator, you'll deliver high-quality education and care with increasing independence and professional judgement.
You'll support children's learning, wellbeing and routines, contribute to planning and documentation, and help create safe, inclusive environments where children feel confident, curious and connected.




What you'll do Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and OAC Grow Curriculum.
Support children's wellbeing, routines, agency and sense of belonging through responsive everyday practice.
Observe, analyse and document children's learning, interests and development with increasing autonomy.
Set up and adapt learning environments that promote curiosity, inclusion and engagement.
Build respectful, trusting relationships with families and communicate confidently about children's routines and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, Room Leaders and Educational Leaders to support consistency and quality.
Contribute to reflective practice, QIP activities, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Demonstrated experience as an educator in an early childhood education and care setting.
Sound understanding of EYLF, NQF and child development principles.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Solid communication skills with children, families and colleagues.
Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and children's rights.
Current Working with Children Check and relevant state-based child protection clearance.
