We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to become the key link between our warehouse operations and SAP EWM system.
You'll be the driving force behind product flow, ensuring every SKU is positioned in the right place to maximise efficiency, minimise travel time, and keep our Distribution Centre running at peak performance.
Leveraging inventory data, SAP EWM, and operational insight, you'll optimise slotting strategies, maintain system accuracy, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in inventory control, solid Excel skills, and exposure to a Distribution Centre environment.
Experience with SAP EWM is highly regarded, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
What your day to day will look like: Ensure all orders are maintained in the work bank for pick and despatch, in line with the agreed workflow and lead times to achieve a high level of customer experience.
Ensure that the team members are allocated effectively in to work groups; WMS Team ID's to achieve consistent cost-effective workflow and can maintain KPI's.
Follow the agreed system processes and procedures alongside customer Business Unit; BU, Service Level Agreements; SLA's.
Ability to analyse and review at the first level workflow that may be falling behind and escalate to the leading team issues and concerns for review.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
What you will bring to the role: Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
The ideal Candidate will have SAP experience in a fast-paced DC environment.
Previous experience of Voice Pick or RF equipment use.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills – ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Team Player – maintain close working relationships with all other employees.
