Production Supervisor Timber Manufacturing | Bassendean AWX is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a busy timber manufacturing facility in Bassendean, producing timber pallets, wooden boxes and packaging products.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the production team, workflow, safety, quality and daily production targets.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day production operations Supervising and supporting production employees and Leading Hands Coordinating daily workloads, staffing and production priorities Monitoring production output, quality and productivity Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved Managing employee performance, attendance and workplace standards Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings Ensuring WHS procedures and secure work practices are followed Training and supporting new and existing employees Identifying and resolving production, machinery and workflow issues Working closely with management, maintenance and logistics Completing production reports and documentation Driving improvements in safety, quality and productivity To be considered, you'll need:



Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar Experience supervising teams within manufacturing or production Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage workloads, people and production priorities Good understanding of WHS requirements Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Current driver's licence and reliable transport Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screen Unrestricted Australian working rights LF Forklift Licence is highly regarded.
