The Opportunity As a Staff Specialist in General Medicine, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient General Medicine services Managing a broad range of acute and complex medical presentations Providing specialist consultation and clinical advice Providing clinical leadership within the medical team Supervising junior medical officers and other healthcare professionals Contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement Contributing to risk-management and patient-safety initiatives Supporting the development of contemporary, patient-centred services Participating in the General Medicine on-call roster The position offers genuine clinical variety , a diverse caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare delivery across a large regional catchment.
