With a track record spanning over a decade, this business delivers projects ranging from $5 million to $40 million and are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on site, delivering two significant projects: a $26 million school build in Kew and a $24 million aged care project in Hampton.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of contract administration on complex, high value builds within a supportive and well-resourced project team.
You will also have the support of a Junior Contract Administrator on both projects.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full contract administration function across subcontractor procurement, negotiation and engagement Prepare and assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules Monitor project costs,



budgets and reporting in line with company systems Liaise closely with the Project Manager and site team to support project delivery Maintain accurate records and documentation across Payapps, Jobpac, Procore and Hammertech Support the resolution of contractual matters and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle About You Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction sector Experience on projects of a similar scale ($15 million plus) highly regarded Background in education, health, aged care or institutional projects a strong advantage Confident using construction management software such as Jobpac, Procore, Payapps and Hammertech Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders Computer literate, organised and comfortable working autonomously on site What's on Offer A genuine and well supported career path from CA to PM or Contracts Manager.
