About the Opportunity At Australia Post, we're transforming how we attract, engage and hire talent to deliver for our people, customers and communities.
As our Talent Attraction Project Lead (12-month Fixed Term) , you'll lead strategic workforce and talent initiatives, partnering across Talent Attraction, People Culture, Operations, DEI, Learning Development, Employer Brand and Communications to turn ideas into outcomes.
This opportunity is open to Melbourne and or Sydney based applicants.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of projects that shape the future of talent at Australia Post.
From workforce planning and enterprise programs to candidate experience improvements, capability uplift and AI adoption, you'll drive initiatives that deliver lasting business impact.
You'll also Lead the adoption of AI-enabled Talent Attraction solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making and candidate experience.
Lead end-to-end Talent Attraction projects from strategy and planning through to delivery, including early careers/no experience programs.
Partner across the business to solve problems, manage priorities and drive outcomes.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement,
identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance experiences.
Build project capability across the Talent Attraction team through coaching, training and best practice sharing.
Influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a One Team approach aligned to Australia Post's strategic priorities.
About you You're a collaborative problem solver who thrives in rapid-paced environments and enjoys leading change.
You can navigate complexity, bring people together and turn ideas into action while building strong relationships and delivering meaningful outcomes at scale.
Being able to pivot quickly will be the key to your success in this role.
You'll also have Experience in Talent Attraction, Recruitment, Project Leadership or Business Partnering within an internal TA function, RPO or agency environment.
An interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Commercial and analytical capability,
using workforce data and insights to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies, with experience delivering sustainable change.
