Senior Litigator - Special Counsel / Partner A well‐established, national commercial firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigator (Special Counsel or Partner level) to join a busy, varied litigation practice.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a full file load from day one.
You will be backed by a strong client base, capable juniors, and a strong leadership team.
Depending on your experience, and your chosen focus, you will lead a broad mix of commercial disputes, including: complex contractual and commercial matters shareholder, partnership and director disputes property and leasing litigation building construction disputes insolvency‐related litigation The role offers you genuine influence within the practice, and the ability to shape the litigation team as it continues to grow.
You will; Run a full litigation file load Strong junior support and capable lawyers to help drive matters Direct access to clients and decision‐makers A leadership team that is commercial,
