Delivers digital communications and marketing campaigns to raise TarraWarra's profile and deepen audience engagement, working under the Marketing and Communications Manager and collaborating across departments for consistent messaging Owns social media strategy and content across channels, identifying opportunities on emerging platforms to reach new audiences Manages website content updates and contributes to the strategic website redevelopment, including vendor liaison and systems integration Supports EDM production (copy, images, ticket links) and coordinates digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) against approved budgets Coordinates digital content creation and photography/video documentation, maintaining an organised asset library Obtains curatorial sign-off on exhibition and artist-related content before publication Builds and maintains CRM contact lists and audience segmentation tagging for targeted campaigns Manages tourism and partner platform listings, and communicates event information to publicists, journalists and listing platforms Monitors and responds to online community interactions Coordinates promotion and ticketing setup for events, programs, talks and tours Monitors digital analytics (social, website, EDM) and prepares performance reports, including comparative board-level reporting across financial years Maintains the marketing planner and content calendar as the central reference for campaign timing Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or 2+ years relevant experience (arts/cultural/NFP preferred); skills in WordPress, Mailchimp or similar,
Humanitix or similar ticketing, Salesforce or similar CRM, Meta Business Suite, GA4 Strong writing/editing, analytics interpretation, artist copyright/moral rights awareness, organisational and interpersonal skills, creativity and initiative TarraWarra Museum of Art is a unique institution within Australia.
Located on Wurundjeri Country in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, it was founded by the late Marc Besen AC and Eva Besen AO, who not only gifted the award-winning purpose-built Museum designed by the late Allan Powell, but also donated over 600 works of Australian art from their private collection.

TarraWarra Museum of Art has a national and international reputation for curating significant exhibitions and programs with Australian and international contemporary artists and curators.
The Museum presents three to four major exhibitions per year featuring Australian and international modern and contemporary artists and guest curators.

From July **** to July ****, the Museum implemented its first Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, which involves the full support and commitment of all management and staff.The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the TarraWarra Museum of Art team in delivering digital communications and marketing campaigns that raise the Museum's profile and deepen audience engagement.
This role is responsible for the Museum's social media channels, website content, digital advertising, CRM and audience segmentation, and coordinating digital marketing for exhibitions, events and programs.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with, and under the supervision of, the Marketing and Communications Manager, and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion across all digital platforms.
