About the Opportunity We are partnering with our client, a large and complex organisation running an enterprise-wide remediation review to strengthen how issues, corrective actions and assurance activities are analysed, prioritised and resolved.
This program is focused on identifying systemic issues, improving remediation effectiveness, and lifting the standard of evidence used to support sustainable closure.
You'll work on high-impact, organisation-wide themes with visibility to senior stakeholders.

About the Role You'll join a specialist remediation review team assessing a large open-item portfolio (actions, findings, incidents and audit observations), with a focus on root cause, remediation design, assurance and evidence-based closure.
Review and analyse a large portfolio of actions, findings and incidents Identify themes, duplication, dependencies and systemic contributors Undertake root cause analysis across process,
