Organic growth has created the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the team.
Interest from RCs at all levels is welcome.
You'll be Sydney based, working 3 days from home 2 days from their Inner West office, visiting clients across your local region.
The Role Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers support your clients in their return to work Vocational assessments counselling Attend case conferences liaise with insurers, employers treating providers to facilitate RTW outcomes Focus on quality achieving outcomes, with reasonable billable expectations Visit clients across your local Sydney region deliver Telehealth services from home Build great relationships generate repeat referrals Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment Training coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants The Benefits Salary of $******K + Super Uncapped bonus scheme paid quarterly, based on a holistic assessment of your performance, following probation Professional development up to $2K/year, customised in line with your role 3 days from home 2 days in the Inner West office Full-time,
