The Role Working closely with the project teams, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure project activities are coordinated effectively.
Occasional travel to other regions may be required for project-related site visits and meetings.
Responsibilities Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion, supporting the delivery of projects in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
Conduct project planning by defining project requirements, establishing key milestones, coordinating resources and supporting the allocation of responsibilities across project teams.
Liaise with all stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and maintain smooth project progress.
Develop, update and monitor project schedules, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and outstanding activities to support timely project completion.
Prepare,



organise and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, meeting records, correspondence, approvals and other project-related records.
Monitor project progress against agreed plans, identify potential delays, resource constraints and other issues, and coordinate follow-up actions to keep projects on schedule.
Carry out project cost control by monitoring budgets, invoices and project expenditure, and maintain accurate project-related financial records.
Coordinate project handover and close-out activities, including completion documentation, final acceptance, outstanding items and lessons learned, ensuring project records are complete and properly maintained.
Skills and Requirements Diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in project administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management or scheduling software.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and a structured approach to project documentation and administration.
