While the College maintains a strong national presence with active campus locations across four major Australian cities, its core corporate and administrative operations are managed centrally.
This position will be based at the College's national Head Office in Adelaide, South Australia.

About the Role and Responsibilities As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day office administration, supporting staff, coordinating resources, maintaining efficient business processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the College's administrative functions.
Tasks Include: Develop, implement and regularly review office administrative processes to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Establish and maintain office service standards, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing administrative workflows.
Assist management with operational planning to ensure office activities effectively support the College's education and business objectives.
Allocate and manage office resources, including workspaces, equipment, technology and administrative facilities.
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment, ensuring effective use of available facilities and resources.




Supervise administrative and office support staff and ensure workloads are appropriately allocated.
Assign daily and weekly tasks to administrative staff and monitor completion in line with College priorities.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback, guidance and support to improve efficiency and service standards.
(HR role) - monitoring performance is relevant Conduct performance reviews, establish development objectives and assist with addressing performance issues where required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including invoices, contracts, correspondence and business documentation.
Ensure confidentiality, security and appropriate handling of student, staff and business information.
Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including suppliers, service providers, education partners and other business contacts.
Coordinate with accountants, professional advisers, education-sector stakeholders and service providers to support effective business operations and compliance.
Manage office and operational supplies, monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement as required.
Implement and maintain workplace health and safety procedures across office operations.
Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend appropriate improvements to safety and operational procedures.
Stay informed of relevant workplace, education-sector and organisational requirements affecting administrative operations.
Ensure office and administrative activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and College procedures.
Organise internal staff meetings, training activities and career development sessions as required.
Support the coordination of administrative activities relating to educational delivery and general College operations.




Liaise with academic, administration and support teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of operational matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications Qualification and Employment A minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of recent relevant full-time experience working as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager or in a closely related administrative management role.
Skills and Attributes Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate and support administrative staff.
Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a practical approach to resolving administrative and operational issues.
Demonstrated experience managing office administration, records, resources, purchasing and day-to-day operational processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, management and external stakeholders.
Sound understanding of confidentiality, record management and compliance requirements within a professional education and administrative environment.
Competent in Microsoft Office and other business administration systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports and correspondence.
Ability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with academic, administrative and management teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple administrative functions.
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing education environment.
