An established multi-franchise automotive dealership on the Sunshine Coast is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its service department in Nambour.
This is a well-structured operation handling approximately 30 jobs per day across three Advisors.
Work is allocated evenly in advance, giving each Advisor a manageable workload without the internal competition for repair orders that can occur in some dealerships.
Customer satisfaction is a major focus of the department.
You'll be responsible for keeping customers informed, managing their service experience from booking through to handover, identifying additional work where appropriate and working closely with the workshop to keep jobs moving.
We're particularly interested in speaking with Service Advisors who have established dealership experience and can step into the role with confidence.
Around five years or more of relevant experience would be highly regarded.
Experience with Era Power would be an advantage, while previous exposure to Triage systems would also be beneficial.




With a broad mix of vehicles coming through the workshop, you'll enjoy plenty of variety while being supported by an experienced team.
The remuneration package starts with a base salary, which is negotiable depending on experience, together with three monthly incentive opportunities covering customer satisfaction, labour sales and upselling.
A company vehicle and fuel are also included, adding significant value to the overall package.
There may also be flexibility in the remuneration structure for a particularly experienced candidate.
