This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month assignment, providing recruitment support across Brisbane and Perth.
Benefits Reputable global organisation within the resources sector Immediate start available - 6 month assignment with potential to extend Positive team culture + On the job training + Continued learning opportunities 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday Hybrid model - WFH 1-2 days South Bank location, conveniently accessible by public transport Opportunity to take ownership of a varied recruitment portfolio Attractive hourly rate The Appointment Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team and take ownership of a varied recruitment portfolio across Brisbane and Perth.
You will primarily support Brisbane-based vacancies across engineering, corporate office and business support functions, while also providing recruitment support for Perth roles as required.
Working closely with hiring managers and candidates, you will manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and provide practical recruitment advice throughout.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify suitable candidates Screen, shortlist and participate in candidate interviews Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment system data and reporting Support broader Talent Acquisition team initiatives as required The Appointee To be considered, you will have: Recruitment or talent acquisition experience across agency and/or internal environments ideally within engineering, technical, mining, infrastructure or corporate exposure Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of end to end recruitment processes Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing requirements in a quick-paced environment Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team Experience using Oracle or a similar ATS highly regarded What next?
