We are currently expanding our casual pool at Warwick Aged Care and have opportunities available for Personal Care Workers who can commence as soon as possible.Working as part of our dedicated residential aged care team, you will provide individualised, person-centred care that supports each resident's dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing.What you can bring to the roleCertificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or a related qualification;Experience providing personal care in a residential aged care environment;A compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older people;Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively;Reliability and flexibility across a variety of shifts;The ability to complete accurate care documentation;A current National Police Certificate,
