West Wimmera Health Service provides high-quality hospital care, residential aged care, disability services and community health facilities to more than 22,000 people in the West Wimmera region.
We cover 9 locations across Western Victoria including Goroke, Murtoa, Rupanyup, Minyip, Jeparit, Rainbow, Kaniva, Natimuk and Nhill.
REMMUNERATION (FULL TIME) EN: EN IB68 $72,448 – IB72 $77,072 RN: YP2 $81,873 – YP9 $103,293 RELOCATION INCENTIVE AND RETENTION BONUSES FOR AGED CARE WORKERS...
Aged care workers are eligible to receive a one-off payment of up to $16,500 to cover immediate and direct costs associated with permanently relocating to rural and remote areas within Australia.
To be eligible for this incentive payment, the employee must relocate from a metropolitan or regional area (MM 1-3) to a MM 4-7 location and work for your rural or remote aged care service for a minimum of two years.
The employee may also be eligible to receive an annual retention bonus for 2 years following relocation and permanent employment with your rural or remote aged care service.

Registered Nurse and Endorsed Enrolled Nurse: To provide appropriate care to the patients and residents at all times and to achieve the standard of clinical care required by AHPRA regulations and comply with the West Wimmera Health Service policies and procedures of the clinical unit.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Registered Nurse: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Bachelor of Nursing Certificate.
Excellent understanding of National Health Care Standards (acute and community care facilities).
Excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI and Aged Care Quality Standards (aged care facilities).
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse: Medication Endorsed qualification in Enrolled Nursing.
Enrolled Nurse Qualification with a current APHRA registration.
Excellent understanding of NSQHS - National Safety and Quality Service Health Standards.
Excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI and Aged Care Standards (aged care facilities) PRE-REQUISITES: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check.
Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
Australian Driver's Licence.
