What you will do
As a justice officer, prison services - casual, you will support key prison services across the precinct.
You will work with prison staff and have direct contact with prisoners.
provide accurate finance services, including prisoner accounts, payments, data entry and reports
operate the prisoner shop and update records in SPEND and other systems
order, receive, track and deliver stock across the prison precinct
manage prisoner records, property requests, transfers, receptions and discharges
complete clear records, reports, correspondence and other office tasks
About you
You do not need a mandatory qualification for this role.
strong computer skills and confidence using common office software and equipment
knowledge of relevant laws, policies and work procedures, or the ability to learn an understanding of correctional settings,



or the ability to learn how they operate
flexibility, sound judgement and a respectful approach when working with others
