Responsibilities Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role!
Duties include; Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers Participate in regular product and sales training About you We're looking for a natural, confident communicator, and a person that will bring; Previous experience in customer service or internal sales Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency!
