Senior Manager/Director - Valuations (Sydney) Location: Sydney, NSW Salary : Circa *********k including super (depending on experience) We're looking for a Senior Manager/Director - Valuations to join a market-leading Sydney Valuations team, building client relationships with a diverse portfolio from innovative start-ups to global infrastructure asset managers and major corporates.
Responsibilities Guide and prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports and advice across a variety of purposes from Independent Expert's Reports and Purchase Price Allocations to business, equity, and intangible asset valuations.
Conduct valuation assessments using a full range of methodologies, such as financial modelling.
Oversee research, providing clients with insights into comparable companies, transactions, industry trends, and market conditions.
Contribute to business development initiatives and drive expansion of valuations practice.

Qualifications A relevant degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance CA/CFA/MAppFin qualified or equivalent qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting valuations, ideally gained in a professional services setting Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide junior team members.
A proactive, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
