Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care including wound management, injections and immunisations, pathology sampling, and basic procedures within scope of practice.
Deliver chronic disease management support for conditions such as diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease, and mental health.
Contribute to health assessments, care plans, and patient education to support self-management and preventive health behaviors.
Support population health initiatives including vaccination drives, screening programs, and recall systems.




Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the practice management system and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences where required.
Selection Criteria Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration as applicable.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in primary care or general practice; applicants with 7–10 or 11+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunisation qualifications or willingness to obtain.
Sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute positively to a busy practice environment.
Experience with Best Practice software is preferred.
Remuneration Conditions The role offers an hourly rate between $40 and $50, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with access to professional development opportunities.
