Permanent, full-time role based in Footscray 3+ years' digital marketing or eCommerce experience Broad remit across paid media, email, Shopify, reporting and trade marketing Digital Marketing Coordinator | Footscray | Full-Time We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a growing Australian consumer business and play a key role across digital marketing, eCommerce and customer communications.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across multiple areas of digital marketing.
You'll work across paid media, email, eCommerce, content, reporting, trade marketing and brand activations, giving you the opportunity to see the full customer journey and make a tangible impact.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Brand Activation Manager, you'll support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing and eCommerce activity across a portfolio of consumer brands.
You'll be responsible for: Paid Media Agency Management: Work closely with the external digital agency to coordinate campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels, manage briefs and creative assets, monitor performance and support optimisation and budget discussions.
Email CRM: Manage the email marketing calendar, coordinate EDM creation and deployment, support audience segmentation and automated customer journeys, and monitor campaign performance.
eCommerce Website: Coordinate day-to-day website and eCommerce activity across platforms including Shopify, keeping product content, imagery, pricing, promotional banners and landing pages up to date.
Campaign Brand Activation: Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and broader brand initiatives, coordinating timelines, creative assets, approvals and stakeholder communications.
Trade Marketing:



Support retailer campaigns and marketing collateral including presentations, sell sheets, catalogues, digital campaigns and POS materials, while building strong relationships with retail and sales teams.
Reporting Insights: Monitor performance across paid media, email, website and social, identifying trends and opportunities and turning data into clear recommendations.
About You We're looking for someone who is organised, digitally savvy and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You'll ideally have: 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or marketing coordination Experience coordinating paid media across Meta, Google or similar platforms Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar An understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPA and conversion rate Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and analytical capability Experience across Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, consumer goods, retail or trade marketing would be highly regarded.
