You will work alongside exceptional lawyers on a diverse client base, from SMEs to growth ventures, handling transactions across M&A;, capital raisings, debt facilities and regulatory advice.
The role involves end-to-end deal exposure, cap table work, and strategic commercial guidance while balancing high-volume workflows with client service.
