ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical sales skilled to take ownership of a territory and drive its growth.
You'll build relationships with Doctors, Healthcare Practitioners and Pharmacies, educate the market on pharmaceutical compounding and uncover new commercial opportunities, while strengthening existing accounts and expanding the organisation's presence across the healthcare sector.
DUTIES Drive new business by identifying and engaging Doctors, Clinics, Healthcare Practitioners and Pharmacies Educate healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical compounding and its benefits Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing customers Grow brand awareness and identify opportunities to expand the market Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across the healthcare sector Achieve monthly, bi-annual and annual sales objectives Analyse territory trends and uncover new revenue and customer opportunities Coach and support compounding pharmacies with physician engagement strategies Generate opportunities through prospecting, referrals and re-engaging inactive customers Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and maximise growth Support new customers through account opening and onboarding SKILLS EXPERIENCE 4+ years' experience in sales or business development Previous pharmaceutical industry experience Experience engaging and selling to Doctors,
Hospitals and/or Pharmacists Pharmaceutical compounding experience is highly regarded Strong business development, negotiation and relationship-building skills Confidence prospecting and developing new relationships from the ground up Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a territory Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business are advantageous Current Australian Driver's Licence BENEFITS Predominantly field-based position with remote office flexibility Genuine ownership of your territory and new business strategy Opportunity to build relationships across Doctors, Healthcare Practitioners and Pharmacies Work autonomously while being supported by an experienced wider sales team Travel for sales visits, trade shows and training, approximately 2–4 weeks per year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support Health allowance to support your physical wellbeing OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
