Due to continued growth, a six month fixed term contract has become available for a Collections Officer to join their collaborative and high-performing team.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a portfolio of overdue consumer mortgage accounts while contributing to the success of the broader collections function.
Your responsibilities will include: Proactively contacting customers to recover outstanding debts while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach Negotiating and establishing sustainable payment arrangements tailored to individual customer circumstances Monitoring and maintaining ongoing payment plans to ensure compliance Liaising with various internal stakeholders to solve customer queries You...
