City Fringe Up to $100k + Super Monday-Friday This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, building strong relationships and ensuring residents receive a seamless experience.
You'll also have responsibility for a second premium building, with the flexibility to work from the City Fringe site and attend the second building approximately twice per week.
The Role Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of both buildings Coordinate maintenance, repairs and general building requirements Manage cleaning, security and external service providers Conduct regular building inspections and identify issues proactively Coordinate emergency and safety procedures Manage contractors, suppliers and third-party providers Assist with budgets, expenditure and building requirements Prepare reports and maintain accurate records Ensure building compliance and safety standards are maintained Build strong, qualified relationships with residents, owners and stakeholders About You Previous Building Manager experience Highly organised,
